Our factory is super smart and export mattresses all over the world. To do this efficiently and affordably they compress and roll the mattresses into a carton.
When you receive the mattress simply remove it from the carton, unroll the mattress, and carefully open the plastic bag.
The mattress will quickly decompress to a comfortable pillow top wonder!
For best results leave the mattress for 12 hours to fully set into its normal size and position.
