The product is supplied rolled up in a box. The material can be very hard if it is cold. If you got this product in a cold environment please please place the box (with the product in) under the sunlight for a while so the mat can be heated up to be soft.

You can also place the product in the bath immersing it in hot water to soften it if you are using it at home

A very popular solution is to lock the product in a car that is under direct sunlight. After a few hours, the product will be as soft as Play-doh.
